Design. Calculate. Cost. Document.
B-PLAN does not answer "how far does this camera reach?". It answers "for what the client needs, what must the camera do?" — and delivers the technical dossier, ready.
01
The output is a neutral requirement — resolution, HFOV, ONVIF Profile T, shutter — any brand can answer. Not a datasheet that is stale within a year.
IEC/EN 62676-4:2014 (DORI framework) and IEC/EN 62676-4:2025 (OODPCVS framework), always side by side, with the report declaring which was applied. Never one silently converted into the other.
Shows the theoretical value and the corrected one, with the applied factors listed. Corrected-only is not auditable; theoretical-only is a promise you cannot keep.
02
CCTV design tools stop at the specification. B-PLAN carries on: the same floor plan that sizes the cameras produces the hours, the costs and the installation schedule.
Quantities come from the project — metres of cable, cameras, switches, servers. Work preparation and management, cabling, installation, configuration, training and final screens, each line with its formula in plain sight.
Hourly cost per technician, manager, in-house team or subcontractor, with defaults saved in settings. Fixed and per-kilometre travel.
Tasks, durations and resources become a Gantt chart, and the plan exports with the rest of the technical dossier.
03
The same formulas B-PLAN uses, open to everyone.
04
Draw on the plan, the calculation follows, the spec comes out ready — no loose spreadsheets.
Close the proposal on the visit, with numbers that survive the engineering review.
05
B-PLAN is under active development. These are the modules in progress — with the status of each, and no promised dates.
Doors, readers and zones on the same floor plan, sharing the drawing and the sizing with CCTV instead of living in a separate project.
Detectors and sectors on the same floor plan, linked to the camera image covering that zone — so you can see, in the design, what each detection shows.
Maintenance, renewals and service levels tied to the projects already delivered, closing the loop after the job.
Inside contract and client management: scheduling, visit records and minutes tied to the client and the contract, so the history of the relationship sits where the project does.
